Never received email or any account credit for preorder promotion

I was to receive a $10 Gift Card for preordering Gears 4 from the microsoft store. In my account history it says completed but I have never received the code in my email nor have I been credited on my account. Supposed to have it within ten days of games
release, the game came out on the 11th and its now the 26th.

Xbox Live Rewards 15,000 credits promotion issues

I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th through the Microsoft store, back when Xbox Live Rewards was having a promotion. The promotion was that for any preordered games purchased before the end of the year, you would get 15,000 rewards credits as
part of the preorder bonus for each game and instead of the $10 Microsoft gift card. The email stated 7-10 days for the preorder content codes and points to be emailed/deposited. I still haven't received that email or the 15,000 points. Any idea what went
wrong?

Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Rewards not received

Hi,

I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind, if you are a rewards member, you should receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business
days after the game shipped.

We understand that you're inquiring about a promotional email received for $10, but we would like to be sure which email this is in reference to?

In some cases, we do have promotional emails with secret links to the promotional credit to which the email does not have any reference to that specific credit.

It is best to be safe in regards to any emails being received as some may be malicious, where does the email state that it is directly sent from?

Clarify this for us and we'll await your response.

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. In order to receive credits, it would have had to be preordered on or after October 1 along with 2 other eligible purchases to complete the games on demand punchcard offer
and receive credits.

There has not been an offer to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. It has been part of 2 games on demand punchcard offers. In order to quaify, you have to purchase a total of 3 eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive the credits.

For help with bonus content, you would want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum since that is not a Rewards program offer.

Uh oh, when was the email received?

I've got my preorder with tesco direct. I preordered fairly early and have paid it off, haven't received an email regarding delivery yet, might sign into my tesco account and see if there's any info on there.
