Never received EA PLAY with my XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. 3 month waiting!

What will happen to my subscriptions if I already have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & EA Play on Xbox?

When the EA Play member benefit unlocks for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, users who have both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play purchased through the Microsoft Store will have their EA Play membership canceled and any remaining time over 50 days will
be rounded up and converted to the nearest month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio of 3:1.

For example, if you have between 50 days and 3 months of EA Play already on your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account. If you have between 4 months and 6 months of EA Play already on
your account when EA Play comes to Ultimate, you will have 2 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate added to your account.

I'm going to pass on the information about the new conversion rules:

1-Xbox Live Gold and PC Game Pass Conversion Ratio: Remaining time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a 3:2 ratio and rounded up to the next full day. For example, any remaining 90 days of Xbox Live Gold or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
2-Xbox Game Pass Console Conversion Ratio: Remaining time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass final time at a 4:3 ratio and rounded up to the next full day. For example, any remaining 90 days of Xbox Game Pass for Console will convert to 68 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
3-EA Play Conversion Ratio: Remaining time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a 3:1 ratio and rounded up to the next full day. For example, the remaining 90 days of EA Play will convert to 30 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Gold to Ultimate
1 month of Gold –> 20 days of Ultimate
3 months of Gold –> 50 days of Ultimate
6 months of Gold –> 81 days of Ultimate
12 months of Gold –> 4 months of Ultimate
24 months of Gold –> 6 months of Ultimate

Xbox Game Pass for Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 22 days of Ultimate
3 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 68 days of Ultimate
6 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 135 days of Ultimate
12 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 9 months of Ultimate
24 months of Xbox Game Pass for Console –> 18 months of Ultimate

PC Game Pass for Ultimate

1 month of PC Game Pass games –> 20 days of Ultimate

EA Play for Ultimate

1 month of EA game –> 10 days of Ultimate
6 months of EA game –> 40 days of Ultimate
12 months EA game –> 2 months Ultimate

If you're only playing on the PC, you will only need Game Pass for PC to use EA Play when it is available. Game Pass Ultimate is only needed to access EA Play on the console.

I have two years of ea play which I redeemed through the microsoft store and I also have xbox game pass ultimate.

I was expecting the ea play to convert 3 to 1 to game pass ultimate and get an extra 8 months added to my subscription, but that hasn't happened. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

I've tried the various support channels but can't find an option other that the virtual agent.

Same: I had 3 years of EA Play video game subscription until November 2023, and it was converted to Game Pass Ultimate (which expired in December 2021, now expires in April 2022), but the 36 months of EA Play have been converted to just 4 months of
Game Pass Ultimate. I think the conversion is very low 36 months EA Play = 4 months Game Pass Ultimate, because it's not 3 months to 1 month.

Ah, didn't realise EA Play also converted over:

"EA Play for Xbox members who join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will have their EA Play membership on Xbox automatically canceled, and any remaining time will be rounded up and converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:1. That means if you have 90 days left on your EA Play for Xbox membership, it’ll convert to 30 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate."

So:

10 months EA Play = 3 months GPU, give or take

1 Month Live Gold = 1 month GPU

1 Month initial GPU

All total 5 months GPU thus bringing you to June
