Never received e-mail for Xbox One Year One promotion

I (as many others here it appears) did not receive the e-mail for Year One promotion on the Xbox One. I did purchase it on Day 1 (with achievement), have logged well over 10 hours on the machine, have correct e-mail listed and have had the opt-in for Microsoft
marketing checked for many years - but no e-mail! Also it was not in any of my junk mail/spam folders either before someone suggests that. I did receive the code for a free copy of Limbo for the Xbox One via live messages however, so Microsoft is aware I am
an early adopter of the console. I am curious as to why the other which should have arrived sooner has yet to be sent/received.

Never received February promo points.

I never received my 400 points from renewing a one year subscription in February.

I have my account linked to my e-mail and I never received them in an e-mail either.

Hello. I am from Germany. 2 months ago I visited the Xbox.com Homepage. After this I received an E-Mail because of my Gamerscore and about a reward promotion. This Reward promotion was about getting a coupon for amazon to buy a new XBox One for me
or some of my friends. I forwarded the coupon to a friend and he bought a new XBox One in the promotion period. As written in the E-Mail, my reward should be the game "Ori and the blind forest" But until now I did not get the Download code. I checked the details
in the E-Mail and everything I did was correct, so how about the promotion and the download code?

The email about the anniversary for Year One should have been sent as well. If you did not receive it, it could have been due to a number of factors. Your preferences might have not been set to receive marketing emails before the email was sent, your contact
information may have not been up to date, or your email provider may have bounced the email back.

At this time, there is no plan to resend out the emails. You should still be able to access the Day One achievement background by setting your background to the Day One Achievement.

That is a big cop-out as NONE of your rationalizations apply to my account or situation. My e-mail preferences have been set ever since I became a Live member over 11 years ago, my contact information is up to date and hasn't changed - EVER, and I highly
doubt my ISP bounced it back as I have received many other e-mails from Microsoft, Xbox, and Live Rewards. While it may not have been a big issue in this instance, this mistake on your part could very easily cost me some cool prize down the road because you
won't admit or fix the problem in your system.
