Purchased the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Ultimate bundle and never received the download codes that were supposed to be sent to Xbox Live Messenger on my account. I talked with Xbox support and they informed me that I should post here and that someone would
soon contact me with a solution

No Gears of War 1-3 code given

I had redeemed my code before said promo date and have yet to see anyway to download Gears of War 1-3.

My version of Gears of War 4 came with my Xbox One S Bundle.

Gears of War 4 Xbox one S 2TB Bundle ordered. No codes for previous GoW games received yet.

I ordered the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S 2TB Bundle which came with the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. The promotion stated that I will be provided with the previous games of Gears of War as well, but I have yet not received any codes. Please provide me
with the codes as it been more then 2 months. Thank you so much.

If the codes came with the co sole, they would be in the box. Otherwise there was a promotion to receive codes for the previous games if you bought and played Gears of War Ultimate edition before December 31, 2016. Since you bought it after the promotion
ended, you would not be eligible.

Me neither. I preordered xbox One S 2TB Gears of War 4 LE, finished campaing and reached levl 25 in multiplayer. Still no trace of previous titles of Gears of War

Am I missing some code? Should they appear directly at "Ready to install"?

Codes for the previous Gears of War titles are being sent out in waves to people who have purchased Gears of War 4. You should receive them within 1 month.

See the following page, with some text further down stating:

"Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption."

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle.
Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.
