    I have never received anything for my 19,492 credits that my Xbox rewards account ended with. Will I get credit for this or did I just lose my point?

    Hello, I have never received anything for my 19,492 credits from Xbox Live Rewards. I’m not quite sure what to do. I was a member of Xbox Live Rewards since the day it started. Please let me know what is going on with this. Thanks

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site. There have never been offers to receive credits based on tenure.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    There have never been any offers to receive credits for Groove.
