    Never received Call of Duty BO4 beta code with Preorder on MS Store


    I’ve spoke with support and they asked me to post this

    I preordered the call of duty black ops 4 deluxe digital edition off MS store on June 12th 2018 and never received my beta code via email or Xbox messaging. The order number is (Mod Removed- Personal Information)

    Call of duty infinty warfare beta code

    If you preordered from the Xbox Store, you'll already be registered for the beta and won't need a code.

    If you preordered from a retailer and got any codes for any preorder incentives, that code will get you into the beta. You can find more info here -

    Never received Call of Duty BO4 beta code with Preorder on MS Store

    Since you pre-ordered digitally, you will automatically have access to the beta and won't receive a code.

    Where would I find access to the beta. I have looked in the games and apps and doesn't show anything about accessing the beta.

    The beta doesn't start until August 10 so you probably won't see anything until then.

    I preordered using the deluxe online, but cannot find my access to beta on my screen I get sent to the store and then told I can't access the game yet.

    Same, i preordered the game digitally because it said i would have access to the private beta. But i can't access it anywhere.

    George here at the Xbox Forums team.

    Unfortunately the Call of Duty Black Ops IIII: Blackout-Private Beta is now closed.

    For future reference when you pre-order a game directly from your console you may not receive a specific BETA code. Most often you would need to install the BETA itself as a stand alone download by searching for it in the Store section of your Xbox One.
