Never received a Fallout 3 code after I purchased my Fallout 4 digital Edition Pre-Order.

I posted in the Fallout 3 forum where others had posted the same issue. I just got off chat who told me I needed to post in the Sales and Promotion Forum. So here I am. It was purchased on November 11th, 2015. I can provide the order number, it's in my
billing / purchase history for my microsoft account. I had a 360, but it was broken, then they made fallout 3 compatible, but I was busy with Fallout 4. Now I figure I should get to the bottom of this issue and see what I need to do to get my redeem code.

Digital pre-order Fallout 4, I did not receive code for Fallout 3

I purchased the digital pre-order for Fallout 4 on November 4, 2015 and have not received the code for the Fallout 3 free promotion.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days to receive a response.
