Xbox live rewards not giving rewards on promotion

I received an email stating about making one purchase to receive one star on my Xbox live VIP rewards. I've made 4 purchases and have not received my star yet. This would be the second time that I have received an email stating that I would get a bonus on
my Xbox live rewards if I purchased certain games or a purchase period and not received it. The first time was about a year or so ago when the email stated that if you purchase certain games that I would gfet extra points added to my Xbox live rewards account,
but I never did receive those either. I would like to get this resolved because I would like to have what I am told I would get.

I haven’t received a confirmation email of purchases from Microsoft since 2020. Not even in junk. I have the statement on my bank papers but they won’t do **** about it and never called back.

I haven't received token for my battlepass since last week. I'm stuck @ 81%. The beginning of S5 I had to purchase the battlepass twice because of a bug, that didn't reward me with the 20 free tokens or the execution dog. I have never received my money back from Microsoft about the issue.

I can say with 100% confidence that I never received any emails to my preferred email contacts about obtaining the 800 Microsoft points. I looked at the billing history and the only thing that shows up is the initial 50% 3 month purchase.

No. I recently bought an xbox game pass subscription while signed into my Microsoft account. That account has my personal email address as as the primary alias. Following the purchase, my mother's email received an email about my purchase. I received nothing. I am only aware of it because she forwarded me the email.
