Never received $75 for activating new Xbox One in the month of July

I bought an Xbox One in the middle of July right after Microsoft started running the $75 for activating a new Xbox One promo. I heard I was supposed to receive an email with a code or have the money credited to my account by August 15th but that date
has come and gone and I still haven't heard a word.

$75 xbox promo - not received

I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it.

Here is the information you requested to proceed:

Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

In order to receive the promo you had to have gotten the offer on your 360. If you did not see the offer, then you would not have been eligible.

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

I know that Official Support is looking into this for you, but something caught my attention during this discussion. You stated in a couple of your posts that you didn't want to open and register the console without some confirmation of receiving the $75
as part of the promotion. However, the promotion information clearly states that you must activate the Xbox One as a home console by July 31st. If you did not open the console and activate it by that date then you haven't met the requirements to receive the
$75 from the promotion.

listen carefully and read properly f you did not buy an xbox one between July 7th and July 31st you will NOT I repeat you will not receive the $75 promotion it is only for Xbox one's purchased between July 7th and July 31st what's so difficult to understand.
keep in mind you have to have also receive the promotion on your xbox 360 dashboard that's it it was only sent to a select group.
