Never received 50,000 points for Xbox one s upgrade

I never received the 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One S.

It was shipped on December 15th.

When I purchased it I followed the link from the 'My missions' section and I used the offer code. The email I got said I would receive the points within 2 weeks of shipping.

The points incentive was the main reason I decided to upgrade. So if I could get some help it would be greatly appreciated.

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

Missing 50,000 rewards points for upgrading to Xbox One S

Hi, I took advantage of the offer received in an email if i upgrade to an Xbox One S i would receive 50,000 rewards points. I have received my new console and signed in to live with my xbox live gold account. But checking my rewards status i dont seem
to have received the 50,000 extra points.

I checked the terms and conditions and have followed each of the steps. Is there something else which needs to be done?

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay receiving purchase information from the later weeks of December. We have now received that information, and our system is currently processing those console purchases. After reviewing our system, I see that
your purchase is currently processing, and should appear as pending within 1-3 days.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
