    Never received $5 code from promotion


    So a couple of months ago, there was a promotion on the home screen/Xbox store that said you would receive a $5 Xbox code if you bought a 12 month Xbox live subscription. It was supposed to arrive within a month of the purchase, but I still haven't received
    it (I renewed in early September or October). I am wondering if I will ever receive the $5 code?

    Wrong promotion

    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    I'm afraid we can't locate any details regarding a 'Buy Gold & Get $5' promotion. Generally those promotions would save you money on Gold instead of rewarding CSV for buying Gold at full price. Do you happen to have a screenshot of the offer?
