    I ordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition preorder and never received my 15000 points

    I did the mission to preorder one of the selected games for 15000 points and I preordered but never recieved the points.

    oh and I received an email saying lots of people were having this promotion problem. And rewards has added the points to check my account, which I did, no points added

    We responded to your first post on this topic at (pre order credits). Furthermore, we never sent out an email
    like the one you described. Since your purchase occurred on October 6th, it was not eligible for our Gears of War promotion that occurred in September.

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for that offer, the games have to be preordered as physical discs from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered digitally, the purchase
    would not have been eligible.
