Never received 15,000 points for Mass Effect Andromeda pre-order

Just as the title says, I never received the 15,000 pre order points for mass effect. I just finished a chat session with a helpful Microsoft rep who said my info was being forwarded to someone to help me, but I was also given this link to refer to in this
matter. I don't know if this post is necessary, as I was provided a reference number, but just in case the reference number was just for the chat conversation, I wanted to post here as well to ensure someone checks my account and applies the missing points.

Just some additional info (because I know it'll be required)... I pre ordered the game on the same gamertag / email / account as my Xbox live rewards account, I've been a rewards member since 2011, and no, there aren't any pending credits for the amount
that was promised for mass effect andromeda. My xbl gold was renewed for the year a month before I pre ordered the game, so yes, my account was in gold standing (and has been ever since) when I pre ordered. I don't know what other info might be needed, but
that's all the stuff I can think of off the top of my head.

Like I already said, I was given a reference number when I spoke on the chat system about this matter, so this post might be pointless, but since the rep Regine C. recommended I post/follow this forum when I come across missing points, I just wanted to make
sure this was posted to move things along since it's already May and the game released back on March 21st.

If this is already being processed, thank you... if there's additional info needed, please let me know what must be done in order to fix things and get the missing points added to my account. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Pre order Punch card

On Wed. March 15 2017, I pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda, but it never showed up on my pre order punch card, and I believe that may effect getting the 15,000 in reward points. Any help would be appreciated

 

Ny 6,000 points for the Simply Rewarding offer

On 3/4, I activated my Simply Rewarding offer and made the following purchases from the Microsoft store:

Order 1680553455, Mass effect Andromeda pre-order, $59.99

Order 2806743398, Need for Speed Deluxe Bundle, $15.00

I have still not received my rewards points.

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. It would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard that was running at that time and you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive
the credits.
