Never received $10 Microsoft Store gift-card with BF1 preorder.

You would need to contact customer support for Microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the gift card.

The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.

The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder from them in order to receive the gift card.

The $10 gift cards should be emailed about 10 business days after the games ship as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you don't receive them after the 10 days, you would need to contact their customer support. Keep in mind that if you are
a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift cards. Those would show as pending 10-15 business days after the games ship.

Specifically my purchase/receipt states: $10 Microsoft Store gift code - Additional Product Information:

Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release.

It has been over two weeks now and no email related to the $10 MS Gift Card.
