    I should qualify because I got the day 1 version and on my xbox box I have the year 1 gamer pic and year 1 backround so I received some of the rewards just not the email or game thing or what ever it is an I had been signed up for receiving emails because
    I had read about it online but at the itme I was having problems signing into my email and I changed it to a micrsoft account because it was gmail and I was hoping even if I had been sent to me but got lost because of me changing my email account to a different
    provider I might be able to have it resent
    I have been with xbox for ages and spent loads of money getting games and I think its unfair if I miss out I chatted to customer support and they said for me to come here

    Year One Free Xbox One Limbo Code

    Hi, I contacted support and was told my issue would be fixed here. I was sent through my Xbox One and not through my Outlook email a code directly from Xbox for the game 'Limbo' for being a Year One owner of the console. But unlike every other message I've
    received, this one disappeared. This wouldn't be a problem if the code had been sent through my email instead or as well. I now need the code resent. Thank you in advance.

  3. Official response regarding the anniversary emails

    I'm having the same problem. I haven't received my email either and I'm opted in for emails. Have received the limbo code and that was it. No gamer pic or anything. Have spoke to the guys at support and they've told me to come here. Not happy!!!!!

    Year one/day one owners were not told they would definitely be given a copy of Limbo.

    The codes for Limbo were given out randomly to people who are subscribed to receive xbox emails.

    If you haven't got a code by now you won't be getting one i'm afraid.

    Hey there, silv3rmettle! I'm very sorry to see that you did not redeem the email for the anniversary, but congrats on being one of the first to own LIMBO!

    The email about the anniversary for Year One should have been sent as well. If you did not receive it, it could have been due to a number of factors. Your preferences might have not been set to receive marketing emails before the email was sent, your contact
    information may have not been up to date, or your email provider may have bounced the email back.

    At this time, there is no plan to resend out the emails. You should still be able to access the Day One achievement background by setting your background to the Day One Achievement.

    I've missed out as well,posted on twitter,got a reply almost straight away about checking messages....Replied back that I've already done that and nothing.Sent another one today,nothing.

    Nice way to treat a customer of 11 years.

    You're fighting s losing battle.

    I've had an Xbox console of some sort for 12 years. Had the Xbox One since day one and got the day one achievement. I never got the Limbo code and have been pretty much ignored or told lies by support agents on here and twitter as well as Major Nelson
