never receive my rewards

Drone57 is my gamer tag. Every year I renew and receive no rewards download games and play for rewards and never receive any points, bing search never receive points. Why am I being screwed out of my rewards ?

never got my reward for warfame

i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward

I never receive rewards

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Currently the only offer for preordering games digitally is the Games on Demand punchcard. Battlefield and FIFA are not eligible for that offer. If you preordered them in September, they would have counted towards your VIP rebate (if you qualify) since there
was special offer that month, or Battlefield would have qualified for the Battlefield offer running at the beginning of that month.

The other offer for pre-ordering games is only valid on physical discs pre-ordered from microsoftstore.com.

gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Hi dRoNe57. Smwutches is correct. Your purchases are going towards your MyVIP progress. Once you unlock a Star level, you'll begin to earn payback Credits. We do not see any other actions that would complete an offer. To see what offers are available, visit
your MyMissions page here: Xbox Live Rewards.

Actually it is possible to redeem it for digital cards. If you browse the rewards pages and not just what they have on their feature list. you can even get microsoft store digital cards. Attached is an image from theor rewards redeem listings of a xbox digital
gift card.

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

It's not possible to redeem Xbox rewards credits for digital cards. That's a Microsoft Rewards thing. The only way to contact their support is by email. So if you've been using phone or chat support, you have not spoken to Microsoft Rewards support. On the
page where you redeemed the cards, you would scroll all the way to the bottom and click the contact support link.
