I am unable to recover the code you received for Fallout 3. Did you purchase the game on this account? If not, can you please post back with the account that the purchase was made on so that we can give the lost code to you?

If you are certain is was on this account, please log into
commerce.microsoft.com and do a search for Fallout 4. Take a screenshot of it and send it to me in a private message. You will need to upload the image to a file sharing site of your choice. You can send me a private message by clicking the envelope at

First post didn't know what I wanted actlully tried to delete original post and Just use this one but was unable to do it the only way to delete or update if I figured i this post with header made more sense

I am eligible, but I never received a message. When I pre-ordered Fallout 4, from the Xbox Store, it was stated that I would receive Fallout 3 for free, under the game information for Fallout 4. No code was ever sent to me.
