    Never receieved my Mixpot from E3


    I watched Xbox E3 2018 on the Mixer App, and yes I made sure that I was logged in. My friend just realized yesterday that he received his preorder of Outerwilds, but it’s not showing up in my ready to install list. He also said he never receieved a message
    about claiming anything, it just recently appeared.

    Hi,

    Check on the Microsoft Store on your xbox if you have Outer Wilds (enter the name of the game on the search bar), if there is "owner" under the game, you have it.

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.
