Never opted in

following on from this post I never opted in, I never even seen this Simply Rewarding offer, If I had I would have fulfilled it.

All these offers are just tricks so you lose your standard myvip casback discount.

I am interested in buying Chips Season 6 and glad I just checked the Retro offer, as if I did buy that I would not get any cashback on that either, so now I have to wait until offer ends and then buy it.

Doing a search on internet I come across This

I remember now, this email, but no where in there does it state you had to spend a certain amount

Effortless my ****, Nothing but a con job, and thought if I bought whatever in march I would get 6000 rewards credits, If it stated I had to spend a certain amount, I no way would have activated the offer.

All these offers do is take away the myvip discount

 

Found my email, and no mention of having to spend a certain amount, not even in small print.

I click on link as trust Xbox / Microsoft, but I trust you no more

This could have grounds for legal action, unless there was an option to opt out after clicking link in email and reading requirements (which I never did)

Simply disgusting

These rewards offers should just be abolished and just stick to myvip discount.

 

I also suppose if you spent more than was needed in march you would only get 6000 rewards credits too? You would not get the extra through myvip?

Myvip discount always seems to win out over these rewards offers, even if you end up fulfilling them

Is there a way to opt out of all these rewards offers but keep getting myvip discount, so I can still buy chips season 6 and get rewardsed for it without having to spend £11 more?

 

I got told this story as well. I never opted into a dang thing but they claimed I did and didn't give me jack for March.

Apparently April's rewards are being delayed while they fix something, but unless there's a serious overhaul with the way XBL rewards operates it'll continue to be little more than a bait and switch operation.

started. Since you chose to opt in, your purchases went towards progressing that offer. Unfortunately, there is no way to opt out of the current retro rewards offer.
