never got the free game code Max the curse brotherhood!

I never received the free game code from the on screen ad "enjoy a free game on us" for being a gold member (which I am)

So to clarify: XBL is doing a free game promotion(USA) outside the already games with gold monthly releases and giving away a free game of Max The Curse of Brotherhood to gold members as a "Thank You" for being a gold member as stated: "We hope you enjoy
this gift and all that your Gold membership has to offer"

Anyhoot, never got the message and been waiting. Has anyone else not gotten sent the promo code as well?

Free Games With Gold - NOT FREE

I just looked and could not find MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood free on the website. The only thing that I saw that was free was a game add on. It is D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die - Max: The Curse of Brotherhood

 

Games with gold is trying to charge me.

That would be a buy the promotion and get the game 4-6 weeks later

Max the brotherhood was games with gold months ago

You would have to buy renewal with a billing option and wait the 4-6 weeks

Prepaid codes won't work

 

If it's was a free game without purchase you would just download it

But all promotions require a payment option purchase

Unless you are in the beta which is gigantic beta right now

And you had to download it not redeem a code.

As mentioned any free game without purchase would be a director download

 

Actually ngocphi, they've been sending out codes at random for the game. It's not part of a promotion. My husband received the offer.

AmebixGrindr - Promos like that are sent at random and to different accounts for different reasons. So not everyone will receive a code.

 

No no and no. When I turned my Xbox 360 and it hit the dashboard in the big huge box in the home screen (it now states time is running out renew gold cuz it expires on march 21st..hmm...anyway....) It stated that that for being a gold member have a game
on us. I'm aware of how the monthly games for gold works and you never use game codes for it, I'm not an autistic child but this stated once you clicked on it, it said some stuff about thanks for being a gold member and have a game on us and to look in your
in box for the game code (it then goes into directions on how to push the guide button on the game pad and yadda yadda) it even said in small writing that it doesn't count towards the two games per month deal..

This msg was right big and center on the dash, it wasn't the normal games for gold msg, I'm aware you just download the 2 games per month. This was on my dash for 3 days till I got the renewal mmessage that replaced it today. It was just weird and out of
all the years I've had XBL I've never seen something like this on the dash, it pretty much was a "Thank you loyal user and subscribers, here's a gift outside the normal 2 games a month" The "look for the game code on your inbox" is what made this not the
normal games for gold deal...

I don't even want the game, I just would like to know what was going on. If it matters because of region or location I live in Brooklyn NYC, there is no way I'm the only one who had this on his dash...
