Never got reward in December

Hello, I preordered games between Oct and December when you were running the mission preorder 3 games and get 15000 reward credits, it tracked 2 and never a 3rd even though it said that I'd preordered the games underneath the game picture. I emailed a few
weeks ago and never got a response

haven't received game pass quest rewards for November and December.

Just like the title say's I haven't received game pass quest rewards for November and December . I also never got my Mixpot rewards for watching the game show awards on Mixer.

Xbox Live quests and Game Pass quests questions and concerns

Hello. I was hoping to get some help determining if I was eligible for the rewards for the Xbox Live quests October and last month, December. I got a $5 dollar gift card today for the December month but that's only half the value as promised in the terms
and condition, which is $10. I Also remember doing all of the objectives for October but never revived a message for a reward. I got Novembers reward just fine.

Also about the game pass quest. I haven't revived the rewards for December yet even though I got a $5 dollar rewards from the Xbox Live quest so far. But those could be different, just again wanting to determining If I am eligible and if the reward will
come.

So yea, just some concerns about past Xbox Live rewards rewards and Decembers Game pass reward, hopefully some one from Microsoft and help.. Thank you very much for reading.

Only purchases made during the offer period (October-December) are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchase of Dead Rising 4 and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches.
