    Never got my promotional doom codes for the doom preorder


    So I preordered doom digitally and never got my doom 1 and 2 codes it's been 3 weeks since launch day and I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated if these problems continue persist Im just going to stop buying games digitally and go back to preordering a physical
    disc because at least I'm guaranteed my bonus!

    Hey Andyroo700,

    Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
    pre-orders.
