Never got my points for my purchase of Wildlands

I got an email promo saying that I would get 15,000 points for purchasing the Gold edition of Tom Clancy Wildlands before the due date. I made the purchase and just checked my balance and all i got was 5k points. Can someone tell me what happened to the
other 10k points?

Not getting points for purchases

Out of past couple games I HAVNT got any points for purchase Gamertag got email saying buy wildlands and didn't get points for that also serveral other games

 

missing rewards for multiple games

I am missing my 15,000 point rewards for Tom Clancy's Wildlands and for Infinite Warfare. i never got them. Hope i also get them for pre ordering WWII.

would also like a refund for Infinite Warfare because its a terrible game.

 

If you have not already you need to re-post in the Support forum. You posted in the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. When you re-post change the "Forum Type" to Support.

Once you re-post, the staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to respond. If you re-post today you likely would not hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.

 

hi there, i bought the star wars rouge one bundle the other day, and email said I'd receive 3000 points for it but they are not in my account? Do i need to do something else to activate them or something?

 

the 15000 points is part of a mission you need to buy three games from the list of games to get the extra 15000

 

it usually takes up to 96 hours for it to update through the system
