    Bought my Xbox one bundle that came with Sunset Overdrive. After setting up my console I proceeded with my game code which didn't work about 40 tries until my last attempt redeemed my code. Well, after hitting the confirmation for my game I expected to see
    the game start install/downloading in the Queue section, but sadly I was mistaken. After the confirmation my game never ended up anywhere.

    With much frustration and personal attempts to fix my own problem I decided to contact xbox support. Support told me that my account was part of a small group effected by this type of error/glitch, and it had something to do with an announcement they made
    that affected them. Apparently, it isn't very smart to transfer your old xbox 360 account because this type of error could happen( thank you for the information....) So Support continued with their trouble shooting which didn't work and ended up sending me
    on my way saying "your game will magically appear in your games or queue section within 24hours" in so many words. I asked support what happens if it doesn't appear. They said that rest assured their tech team are working on it and it would appear, but if
    it didn't appear for what ever reason a reference code was given to me. Well, I didn't keep that reference number because he told me that within a days time I would be getting my game, so I didn't care.

    Two days had passed and nothing...

    Frustrated again I contacted support again and now I was told to wait 2 weeks... Again I didn't write down a reference number.

    Two weeks had passed and nothing...

    Frustrated yet again I called support this time I wrote down a reference number 1267873106. This time around they gave me a different story xbox chat which
    I saved. They told me I needed gold subscription to play the game i got with my bundle. I told them i didn't need gold and felt i was being swindled into buying a subscription and asked them if they were lying to me. Support told me that they do not lie because
    all chats are recorded. Without going more into detail I told him how much longer do i have to wait, and I ended up waiting a total of a month from purchase date to my next call.

    A month worth of waiting later...

    This time frustrated even more I went for a calling method instead of chat because I had given up on them. I called up support and talked to Lekesha. Lakesha was really nice on the phone and gone through all previous trouble shooting methods with
    no success, and ended up moving my error to Tier 3 as they call it. She told me that i would be contacted within 3-5 business days.

    Three business days later...

    I was contacted by another support representative this time named Beth. After talking to Beth I had gone through a couple of trouble shoots, and one she though was a solution even going as far as calling it "the solution" to my problem. Skeptical
    I followed her instruction. She told me to go to the store, click Sunset overdrive, click purchase, and asked what i saw. I told her what I saw. Not knowing what she was looking for I did it several more times and nothing. I wasn't surprised at this point
    and even laughed a little bit inside. She gave me an option after being unsuccessful, and told me to buy the game and that she would refund me right away. This wasn't a solution I thought to myself. I told her that "I'm sorry but whether your good or bad doesn't
    matter. That I just don't want to charge the card and HOPE you refund me the money back." Secondly, I told her that the card wasn't mine on the Xbox but that of my brother, and I shouldn't have to go convince him to charge the account and attempt this scheme.
    She assured me that she would refund the money back. I said no and she gave me a second option which was moving the problem to tier 3. "WOW" I said I thought you were tier 3. I told her that I had discussed with a previous representative which told me I was
    being moved to tier 3. She said the message must of gotten STUCK. "I said struck? Do you mean you guys have tubes with air suctions and my message got stuck going through one of them?" She laughed and said no that it just got stuck. That it happens all the
    time and it had happened to her many times with many years with the company. I didn't think about it any longer, and she proceeded the paperwork/message/email or w/e for my tier 3 solution. Given me the same story as the last representative She told me to
    wait 3-5 business days.



    Six business days later and nothing aka today.

    I never did receive a tier 3 email or anything, but I did get a survey from microsoft -.- In which I gave everything a 1 out of 10 with the exception of the "how was the representative question" I gave that one an 8. Apparently Xbox is good enough
    to send me a survey, but not good enough to help me with my problem.

    Today....

    I get on my Killer Instincts game. I had purchased the Combo Breaker pack in which I had been playing for awhile now at least for 2 weeks now. However, this time when I get on my game it says I need to install my addon during their checking downloads screen.
    So confused I click addon option they gave me, so that I could get my addon back. To my surprise I guess. The addon had no option to install the addon only a pin to home and rate option. I looked over the web and tried several solutions, and of course nothing
    worked.

    Oh and I haven't contacted microsoft yet regarding my new current issue, but I did decide to hit the forum up like one of the previous representatives had suggested.

    Personal note: This Xbox system including all the support I have gotten has been a pain in the ***. I pray no one has to go through what I have been going through not even my worse enemy.

    Ok, for the Killer Instinct issue hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. It just isn't recognizing the add on and that should fix it.

    As for the Sunset Overdrive game I have an easier answer than phone support gave you. There are two codes on the card that you received. One for DLC and the other for the Full Game. Try scratching the entire area to reveal the second code for you to enter.

  5. I already tried to power cycle my xbox, and I even went as far as factory resetting my Xbox it didn't work.

    I'm playing Assassins Creed: Liberation now as I am making this post and I barely use my Xbox One.

    The only reason that it (my Xbox One) gets turned on is to play Destiny and Killer Instinct season 2.

    I love my Xbox One, but the majority of my gaming is still done on the Xbox 360. I have Forza Motorsport 5, Sunset Overdrive, Skylander Trap Team, and Killer Instinct season 2 Ultra Edition.
