    I preordered doom and never got my promo codes to get doom or doom 2 can someone help me or tell me why it's been sence the 13 I ordered it that's way past 10 days

    I digitally pre order doom and only got my doom 1 code. where is my doom 2 code it has not been sent to me.

    pre-order doom for doom 1 and 2

    we both know it was the physical copy of doom.. no where in the promo did it state it was digital only.. i have been trying to get to the bottom of this issue for 2 days and it seems i keep getting the go around, from its only digital copies to flat out
    being told this promo never existed. Its complete *** i was promised the codes to doom 1 and 2 if i pre-ordered and i expect them.. last thread you told me i would get a $10 promo code and guess what? you are the only person who mentioned that. this issue
    is not closed. i want what i was promised.

    I got my DOOM code about two weeks after ordering in the end.

    I got my Quantum Break codes before the game launched. Surprised people aren't getting them :(
