    Never got my 3 months live gold promotion


    I was just off the Microsoft support live chat and was told I needed to post on this forum along with my ticket number to resolve the issue of never receiving my E3 promotional free 3 months Xbox Live Gold. ticket number: 1435402989

    I purchased the promotional E3 Xbox live gold which included a free 3 months live membership which would be emailed at a later date but it was never emailed to me.

    please advise.

    There was a promotion going on a couple months ago where if you bought a 3 month xbox live gold subscription you would receive another 3 month xbox live gold subscription in the mail by March 15th and I never received mine.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!
