Never got February reward, help!

Hello,

My name is Ryan and my gamertag is psilocybonaut. I completed all of the requirements and never received my mystery (~$10) reward for February. I waited all March and I never got it. I called Support and they referred me here. Can this please get fixed?

We are not currently able to find them on your account, is the account you are posting with the one that completed all of the quest parts?

When should I expect an update on this?

Will my February mystery reward (from 3 completion conditions such as "earn 2 achievements in one of the February games with gold titles") be automatically credited to my account? How long does this usually take? This is kinda ridiculous..thanks for helping

We wouldn't have a timeline on that unfortunately, but you should see that content appear in your Email, Xbox Messages, or
Commerce page.
