Never got email from entering code

I entered the promo code for name your game after buying the **** one. It was supposed to be in my email and it's been 2 weeks - nothing there. chat service gave me this link which is VERY frustrating. I need help and it's cant take hours, I've already wasted
a lot of time buying and setting up this xbox for my son

I got a doritos bag from the gas station that has a game pass code on it I entered the code it said I will get an email I entered the right email for sure and got no email with a game pass code i entered it 7 hours ago

OK, I've finally got the codes, but they don't work... When I entered in the code I got from my email inbox it says: "The wrong code was entered. Send a new code to your email and try again."

Then when I click on "Send me another code." it says "We couldn't send the code. Please try again."

ive never been given a code. ill just call because they are sending emails to my secondary email, when everything should go to the email that I sign in with. I never got any code for this and never get any emails from xbox
