Never got attack on titan anime from rewards offer

Hello I purchased the attack on titan game back on FEB 28th for the rewards offer for getting 4000 credits and the first half of season 1 it has now been a few weeks since my purchase and still i have not received my code for the anime, I have been directed
here by technical support and am looking for a fast response and action to this problem as I have already been waiting for what seems an eternity

We cannot assist with any codes for redemption of an anime into your account. However, we see that you completed our Anime Rewards offer, and the Credits were placed as pending on the 28th, and deposited in the March 8th deposit.

Since the code was not a Rewards program offer, you would need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

Hey there h0aX69,

To be eligible for this promotion you would have needed to purchase the game on or before February 27, 2017 though the dashboard ad. Since you had purchased the game on February 28th, this would have been a day later unfortunately and thus would not be eligible
for the promotion.

To confirm the purchase date you'll want to contact the chat/phone teams. If you have any other support issues, please feel free to post a new thread in the appropriate forum.

Yeah, we don't need an Attack on titan game since the anime is terrible and everyone is titans. Even the Walls are titans.
