Never got any of my rewards or credits for upgrading Xbox One to the Xbox One S

For help with Microsoft Rewards credits, you will need to contact their customer support. That program is completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

The only way to receive Xbox rewards credits for purchasing a console is if you are a 360 user (meaning you've never used One), and upgrading to a One. If that is the case, you should see credits pending about 15 business days after the console shipped.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.
