Never got a message to download the app

I was invited and accepted into the preview program but I never recieved the message to download the dashboard app. Could someone please resend it? Thanks.

As Watch7ower posted above, you will need to post in the Preview Forums for further assistance. Keep in mind, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. If you are accepted into the Preview Program, you will receive
an Xbox Live message with further details. Thanks!

If you have been accepted into the Preview Program then you should be able to access the Preview Program Support forums and request assistance from the registration support group. If you get a group not found message then you don't have
access and likely haven't been accepted yet. Keep in mind that an invite does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If an Xbox Support member can verify your acceptance, they should be able to grant you access to the aforementioned preview support forums.

 

I posted on those forums but was met with the same copy/past message 4 times.

 

Since that's the dedicated support group for the preview program, that's your primary source for assisted with anything preview related. Was it a normal user posting a response back or an Xbox Support member? You also have to keep in mind that sends are
done in waves and not on a case by case basis.

 

if you havent got the app msg (you have to verify you received the msg at least once there is an actual post concerning that on sticky but only for the people who received it once and it expired)

however if you got invited that doesnt mean you were accepted

only by getting the msg is that you were accepted no matter what phone support says

only forum support will know and only in the preview forums

right now if you didnt receive the app or the app msg then you will be waiting a very long time because they are near capacity and are slowing down the acceptance

if you havent got the app yet you werent accepted and is slim chance you will be due to the near capacity
