. But no I did a promo almost a year ago go gold with crazy eddies deal I signed up for it was told I would get the 5 game for free but I never got the coded to rede the games .

Terms and conditions for dashboard offers are always posted on the bottom of the screen. So it would include information on how and when you should receive the codes.

I found some information on the current deal that's available. If you purchased a 1 year subscription you get $15 back. If you purchased a 3 month subscription, you get $10 back. The promotional code should be sent to you in 4 weeks which is stated in the

Also, if this is the account you purchased the gold on, you may want to check
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure your purchase went through because you are not showing as a gold member.
