Never got 10 dollar code for gears 4 or Battlefield 1 preorder

Miriam,

I need a resolve to this from your end. This should not be hard for you guys to see that I have not recieved my $10.00 gift cards for Gears of War 4 and Battlefield 1. If needed new codes should be generated on your end. Why am I posting to forms when I
reported the issue to you? I have spoke with about 8 different techs on your end between Microsoft and Xbox Support. You guys just transfer me dead lines or hang up, this should not be this complicated. I have already spent 3+ hours on this issue, please
resolve this and do not provide me with a run-around.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/DisplayHelpContactUsPage/

Keep in mind that if you are a Rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 codes.

If you preorder a game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com you can receive a $10 gift code. If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the
game shipped.

If you preordered Gears 4 digitally, it had to be preordered before October 1 in order to qualify for the credits. If you did, support will check into your credits and post back here.

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.
