Never ending xbox live outage on Xbox one x

i live in the uk,

this past 10 days ive experienced severe connection problems .... sometimes it wont auto sign me in , gamertag shows but it says im off line ... in particular connection within the new Golf Club 2019 will drop and no amount of reconnecting attemps will get
me going.

what is going on , is it the wifi electronics within the box or something with my account ... how do i get to chat xbox support and take me through the checks

Xbox One X Won't Connect to Xbox Live

Hello,

My Xbox One X never is able to connect to Xbox Live when I first turn it on. I never had this issue with my Xbox One. I always have to Reset my Alternate Mac Address and usually Hard Reset my Xbox One X. I have ran all the connection tests on my Xbox
One X as well as reset my Internet Connection. But no success. I have had this issue since I got my Xbox One X.

I suggest you try out your XBOX with wired connection, if you still experience connection error, you can contact Xbox support here:

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/?xr=shellnav. At the bottom of the page you will find Support Resources. Choose Contact US, then Games, then Backward Compatibility, then Chat with Xbox Support.

Yes, it's a service outage. I am well aware of that. But, like I could on the 360, I should still be able to access my profile/account offline which I cannot do on the Xbox One or Series X/S.

Is there an xbox live outage? If not then id try a hard reset. Hold the x on the front of the console until it goes off (about 10 seconds)

As of today approx. noon time, I have gotten connection to Xbox Live. This ends the two-day outage for me (as of right now).

I really appreciate the replies, but so far it looks like the solutions create the exact problem I'm trying to resolve.

The Xbox One S IS the Home Console. When there is a network outage and I want to play games offline on the Xbox One X, not the home console (The One S in the living room, not my main console I game on my Xbox One X), I can't.

In short, the One S is in the living room, it is set as the Home console, it is used very infrequently. It is not my main console. My One X is my main console. Any network outage makes it nearly inoperable as it has even refused to play physical Blueray discs
when there has been a network/internet outage, much less launch locally installed single-player offline games.

Maybe I once again misread the replies. There should NEVER EVER EVER be a time when physical media in hand (A literal physical DVD or Bluray) or locally downloaded to device single-player games should be unavailable when you are offline as the Internet is in
no way ever guaranteed 100% of the time even if electricity is available.

What can I do to resolve this? Or maybe the question is why is this not possible?

Once again I have trouble believing I am the only human in the tens of thousands of Xbox owners with this situation.
