Never earned points, not sure why?

Hello!

I see there's an issue going on right now on the forums. I'm not writing about that. My account has NEVER received points for my purchases and I've checked it a number of times. Today is the first time that I saw a big reward incentive with my purchase (pre-ordered
Mass Effect Andromeda Super Deluxe Edition) and I don't want to miss out on it. I'd also really like to be rewarded for all of the purchases I've made in the past.

I haven't earned ANYTHING since 8/14/15.

According to my Microsoft account, I've ordered the following in that time (newest to oldest):

Mass Effect: Andromeda Super Deluxe Edition (106.86) - March '17

Final Fantasy XV Season Pass (26.71) - Jan '17

Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY (12.83) - Jan '17

Destiny: Rise of Iron (32.09) - Sept. '16

SMITE Ultimate God Pack Bundle - Sept '16

Ori: Deluxe Edition (14.33) - July '16

Unrvael (10.70) - July '16

Xbox Live Gold Renewal (59.99) - Feb. '16

Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Bundle (96.29) - Nov. '15

Destiny: The Taken King (42.79) - Sept. '15

Life is Strange Season Pass (14.54) - Aug. '15

Life is Strange (2.68) - Aug. '15

***The purchase before this looks like the only purchase that may have counted, as it prompted Rewards to give me a "first purchase bonus," but possibly ONLY that 1,250 point "first purchase" reward, as I have nothing corresponding to the dollar amount of
the actual game purchase. There are also other purchases before this time and I'm not sure when the Rewards program officially should have started for me. I remember signing up some time ago. I do have that 8/14/15 purchase as well as 5/9/15, 4/8/15, 1/28/15,
11/21/14, 7/14/14, 7/12/14 (x2), and 1/26/14 that are not recorded.

Microsoft points

[/quote]Purchased points never expire. (Well, they don't as long as Xbox Live continues to exist with it's current policies intact.) Points earned from the Rewards program expire... I'm not sure how long.. a year?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since none of your purchases were eligible for offers, they did not award Credits in that manner. Since none of them were eligible for MyVIP payback due to you not having a MyVIP star, they did not award Credits in that manner either. Furthermore, the First
Purchase offer is for your first purchase made using currency from your Microsoft Account, not your first purchase since joining the program.

Also, keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process purchases for Rewards. If your Mass Effect purchase was only made recently, it is too soon for us to see that purchase.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Well from the email I get every month I had a single gold star and 6060 lifetime credits, but now I'm logging in and see Zero credits, no stars and my join date is ???

so maybe my account got reset and I have to start from zero?

Since you completed the VIP Boost to an extra star offer, you should now expect to receive payback for your eligible non-offer purchases. Keep in mind that payback is awarded as a monthly whole midway through the following month.
