Never Credited For All the Digital Games I've bought From the Microsoft Store

So from 2016 and all of 2017, I have purchased a ton of digital games including special and deluxe editions ranging from $80 to $100; yet never once received and credits from MyRewards. I even got an email saying I had points added because of being on Xbox
Live for 5 years, but when I looked at my statement I have never once received credit for any digital game purchases. I spoke with a live chat agent, and he confirmed all trhe games I have bought but directed me here. I am hoping this issue is resolved somewhat
swiftly.

Xbox store vs Microsoft store

Yes. The Xbox Store is the digital store on the console and xbox.com. The Microsoft Store is Microsoft's retail store, meaning most of the items are physical purchases and are not all related to Xbox.

Then it makes sense why rewards are never credited to my account.

I make my purchase directly on the console rather then having to go through all the steps it takes to go onto the Microsoft webpage to buy games.

They may want to add that into the fine print that you have to go to the Microsoft store for purchases to be credited rather then just through the console.

That is not very clear anywhere and can upset a lot of people.

Yeah I have but the 1250 haven't been credited to me twice I've bought games etc off the store?

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. If you can post any offers you're looking for credits from, that would help as well. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible
for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I've never had a code. I bought the game digitally directly from the Xbox Store.

Your title should read "warning! Don't be cheap like me and buy 3rd party digital codes" I've bought all 50 of my games digitally from the online store and never have had a problem. If you wanna be cheap buy the physical copy used.

Thanks for the response. Actually bought digital copy from Microsoft store. Had this issue. After first cut scene . sound drops out. Uninstalled the game. Did hard reset on console and tried download again. Same issue. Got refund on game. Went to Gamestop
and bought new disc of game. Let it install. Same issue. I've never had any issue with any game either disc or digital downloads.

I've bought it digitally from the microsoft store. And they sent me the other pro order cars but not thye Porsche.
