Never arrived order and unreachable customer service

1. I have a recent order said delivered but my apartment front-desk says never get that.

2. I called 1 (800) 642-7676 to get some help and it never gives me an option to talk to a HUMAN.

3. The online service the microsoft supporting number directs me always says "An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #30.3def2e17.1621289092.5add320a", whether I use different operating systems (windows, ubuntu, ios), different browsers (chrome, firefox, edge), and different networks.

This is ridiculous.

They dont want us contacting them by phone, chat, ect. It’s ridiculous.

Same, getting an error contact support for chat or call back. Twitter support is silent as well im starting to get frustrated. Tried redeeming a 50$ xbox code from gamestop and it was already redeemed, they told me to contact microsoft, easier SAID than done.

I mean it's ridiculous. If you don't want customers to reach you by phone then why posting the number.
