Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) Not Downloading

I got Never Alone from the Xbox Gold free games like a month ago, when I tried downloading it then, there would be no download progress, and i couldn't access other features on my xbox, like my settings, until i cancelled the download and restarted the
system. I tried to download again now, since it actually showed that I did claim the game, but it still will not download.

I recommend to try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

The info in the articles aren't helping. I have drive space, I have service, my console is up to date, and i have restarted my system. The game will say that is installing, but the download bar won't go up. Shortly after, it will say Installation stopped.

Tendo um problema de download Never Alone do Gold Live Membership, ele não passa de 1%.
The problem is to many others games though.
Existe alguma forma de corrigir esse problema?

Hello. I had a similar problem, including the synchronization of games. It was solved by disconnecting the account and reconnecting.
