Network Timeout/Excessive Grievance (Madden 25)

It's absolutely disgusting that this problem still exist!!!!

If you go to Google and search the web for the term "network timeout madden 25 xbox"...

you will see that hundreds, if not thousands of players of Madden 25, on Xbox are experiencing this EXACT SAME problem. It absolutely baffles me that between Microsoft AND EA Sports that a fix has not yet been developed.

This is the ONLY game that I play (try to play) on a regular basis, and I can not put into words the EXTREME LEVELS OF FRUSTRATION THAT THIS PROBLEM BRINGS ME.

What makes things worse, is that whenever you try to go to any of Xbox, or EA Sports online support or forums, their support staff act as if this is the first time that they're hearing about this problem, and then they make you spin your wheels and go through
all of these useless troubleshooting steps, only to try to tell you there's either NOTHING THEY CAN DO, or to try contacting your internet provider, or your modem manufacturer for assistance- WTF?!?!?.

Based on what I've been researching on the internet, it appears that the processors that are being used in the Xbox 360 are just not powerful enough to handle the software requirements necessary to play Madden 25.

Because of this HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE that I've been having, I will NEVER buy another Madden, Xbox console, or any more online game playing membership EVER AGAIN. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope other Xbox players of Madden do the same.

This has nothing to do with the processing power of the Xbox 360.

This is your connection to the EA servers failing.

 

So everyone that is having this exact same problem is experiencing a connection problem to EA servers? So then how would one go about fixing their failing connection then?

 

Try opening up your nat inside your router.

 

Talk to EA about their lackluster service. Google EA servers.... You will find out it's NOT the consoles fault but, the way EA forces a connection that they can't handle. GOOD LUCK!!!
