    So to start with the first part of the question, historical bandwidth usage for the passed 3 months (how long i've had my series x) Always gets up to 6.5 TB+ as this is literally 5x my monthly limit this is impossible and makes the data tracker useless. I keep going over my ISP's limit and i'm trying to tell if the upgrade to 4k video is what is doing it and I can't really track it with this inaccuracy.

    The second part of my concern is when I test internet speed my upload speed comes up as an entire 1/3 of what I get on my OLD laptop that's on wifi. I have my series x on ethernet so it should be equal if not better and I just cannot seem to get my upload speed above about 4 megabits per second.. As I was considering streaming this is concerning because I wanted to stream at 4k but unfortunately I can't set my bitrate to automatic/trust my xbox isn't missing out on tons of upload speed with these results. Can anyone explain steps I can take to fix these problems?

    you would get better statistic tracking via your router, the xbox usage section is way off and sometimes shows TB instead of MB.

    I would not use the usage tracking on the xbox at all for accurate info.

    My xbox keeps taking ages to load, I then have to fully refresh it for it to work, even then sometimes the friends part doesnt show up.

    Have you tried out the xbox built-in network tools? The bandwidth one, will let you know live and historical bandwidth stats

    HORRIBLE install times

    Purchased the Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain pre-order from the store and the download is moving at a snails pace. Followed the instructions on the Troubleshoot Slow Game or App Downloads on Xbox One page, but that did not remedy the situation.

    Went through settings, network, and ran the detailed network statistics, which showed my download speed as 85.6 Mbps and upload speed as 11.59 Mbps. I then checked my bandwidth usage in network settings and the current bandwidth usage ranges from 100 Kbit/s
    to 1.5 Mbit/s with with the game in the download queue.
