Discus and support Network settings (error) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every time I try opening network settings.     Network settings (error)


    Every time I try opening network settings. Message pops up that reads:

    “Something went wrong

    Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x90070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.”

    I tried this but it just said error code don’t exist. And there is no support.

    HELP ME!!!

    Hello,

    The error code suggests that this maybe a connection problem.

    Press the menu button on your controller and press settings, or use kinect command "Xbox, go to settings." Select Network, then within your network settings, select Detailed Network Statistics. If you have more then 5% pocket loss, you may need to troubleshoot
    your network using this solution.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure that we provide the correct solution. Does an error message or error code appear when you attempt to connect your Xbox One to your router? Does an error message
    appear when you test the network connection in the
    network settings    ? Go in to the advanced settings of the network settings and select IP settings. Does your cursor highlight automatic or manual? Be sure to let us know the results!
