Hallo,

Sometimes my xbox loses connection from the wired connection it has.

Then it start trying to connect and everytime it tries to get a nat type is fails.

This keeps going even after restarting my console or router.

The connection lost is only on my xbox series x and no other devices.

Also when check in my router the xbox is always connect even when the connection is lost.

A made a screen recording so people can see the problem.

Does somebody know how to fix it because some times it happen 10 times a day and the a week not.

Are you offline? Is the Series X your home Xbox?

No my Xbox series x is online and on the same network as my Xbox one and my Xbox series x is set as my home Xbox

All I know is that the only console I own that has this problem is my Xbox Series X. I have no other issues with anything else. My phone, my roku, my ps5, my switch. Everything else connects to my network just fine. This is a problem the Xbox Series X has had since it came out.

Get your ISP to check your internet connection.

Depending on how you're home internet is provided, prior to connecting to your gateway, may be the cause of your issue.

Copper cable access has inherent problems with deterioration over time.

If your network access is sporadic, as described, it sounds more like a cable fault, or a bad interconnection.

Check all cables are seated snugly in their respective sockets.

Check for any water, moisture damage to any interconnection that shows corrosion.
