network problem

Last 2 days my xbox360 keeps coming up with Network connection lost, Can log into live ok but soon as try to start game this error comes up

Hi there! I'm having problems with pretty much everything network related (typical). The store seems to work until you press on a game or app, then it says try again later page could not be loaded. Error code 0x00000193 My settings look like they always
have, Nat type open, all services available IPV4 and 6, but Overwatch gets stuck at entering game and Netflix and titanfall 2 work fi e thanks in advance

I am fully connected to the internet but my xbox one won't connect to the multiplayer connection . i have tried unplugging my ethernet cable and using wireless but that doesn't work either . when i select the "test network connection" ti gives my the all
ok message , but then i select the "test multiplayer connection" and it says i am not connected . the message it gives me is your network is not setup , yet it is . I've tried to setup the internet connection but that doesn't work either ,
please help.

try the following steps (Keep in mind, You will need your account credentials to download the profile again later)

1. Check
   https://account.live.com/proofs/manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best
   
2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:
   
   http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete
   
3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache
   
4. Turn the console off.
5. Turn the console on.
6. Clear the console cache one more time
7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

Tried that twice, can log into live but when going to play live online still comes up with Network Connection Lost, seems not to connect to server

 

I've got the same problem, thought it was just an issue with the backwards compatible game I was playing, but looks like it's a widespread 360 problem. Guess we'll just have to wait until they sort it out

 

I should say that it goes into the game but when its looking to find a match is when the message comes up network connection lost

 

Many thanks been like it for 2 days now, ms says the system is fine but clearly not

 

Same for me. I can play solo and host private matches but as soon as I try an online game the message comes up

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I recommend Trying this step to reset your network settings back to default.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select
   System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

4. Select Configure Network.

5. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select
Yes, Restore to Factory Default

This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.

6.Turn off your console.

7. Turn on your console.

Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.

I would also recommend
the steps on this link for further troubleshooting if the above steps do not work. Try them out and let me know the results!

 

Many thanks your mail and I have done the re-set you said But the problem is still there, also I have checked with my ip provider and all is ok, ie Latency 169 ms , Packet 0%, upload 0.85 Mbps, Download 17.21 Mbps

Yes subscription is good till middle of December.

I have tried online again and still a problem Now day 3, I go to multiplayer xbox live then tell it to find a match it starts then message comes up network connection lost, seems it cannot connect to the server.

I also had a message from someone else and they have the same problem

I start the game and tell it multiplayer ok, then click xbox live gets my online profile, then click find match a match and that's when I get the message, seems not connecting to server.

Subscription status is good till middle of December

Another person has messaged me they have the same problem so I'm not the only one

Is this happening in a particular game?

Or does this happen to all your games?

If it only is happening in one game, then I would refer to the developer's website.

Another good thing to try if you are having any problems is to try and make sure your console is as up to date as possible.

The way to do that is to rollback your updates on the console.

I would recommend following Solution 7 on
Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console

to see if that helps.
