    Hi,

    My controller works fine and can press all the buttons and go up and down, but when you go to the network page to connect to the internet the controller won’t work. The buttons won’t work and you can’t choose any options, but it works everywhere else??

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Yep, same here. Since yesterday afternoon. On Optus Netgear modem/router also. I’m not sure if it’s an ISP thing combined with the May update. Still waiting 4 answers from both sides. This is not fun at all!!Waiting.

    I am having the same issue. I was downloading an update for a game, and it was frustratingly slow. I went to check what the speed I was getting from there, for kicks, and only get MTU and Latency (a tad higher than normal for me at 28ms). Everything else
    in the house is running fine.
