Network or hardware issue?

So my Xbox is doing this weird thing where I never have experienced before. My internet has always been perfect due to the service I have and a gaming router to have the best internet possible. While playing any game that requires Xbox live it’s disconnects
every hour or so for at least 6 seconds. Enough to kick me out from whatever I’m doing. This leads to getting temperate bans and so on. It goes down then goes right back up. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Reset everything. Even tried hardwire connection. Any help?

Ring your isp and find out if there are any issues on the line or with the router, if not I agree send it in.

But where exactly you received the message saying about the duplicate items? Since it was downloaded the first time you should noy have any duplicate file. And it is just one .zip file. And the content inside it cannot have duplicate files.

And have you downloaded the correct file? There is a one file for the original Xbox One and other file for the other consoles.

thanks for the help Lucas. I’m not sure how to update offline since the three options it gives me on that first error page with the code 0x8B050084 0x00000000 0x00000201 only has three options: try again, check network or turn off console

The thing is I doubt its that because I have two other brothers with the same connection and that has never happened to them.

Pretty sure it’s a flash drive and there’s definitely nothing in it because I had to move everything I out of it
