    Network/Operator logos keep dissapearing in OneGuide in Australia on the left menu


    So it started with just a few operator/TV Network logos disappearing from time to time in the OneGuide, guide, now they are all missing.

    Thing is my friend is having exactly the same issues on his OneGuide when trying to scroll through channels.

    They used to always appear in the far left column.

    This makes it very hard to know what channel is where, as the channel numbers aren't something you remember.

    Can this bug be fixed please?

    Yes I am in Canada, & if by STB you mean set top box (as in a satellite receiver) I do not have the option in my menu.

    Settings-->Network---Kinect---Preferences

    channel icons

    A few channel logos suddenly showed up this morning, and after I cleared OneGuide, it repopulated with all of them.

    Don't know what changed, but at least for me, this is fixed.

    It's working for my, I use it to watch free to air tv nearly every day, but that's all I use Oneguide for, and so can't say anything about the other features, I've also noticed that the Xbox needs to be connected to Xbxo Live for Oneguide to work correctly.

    I haven't retuned it or anything like that in quite a while.

    Does it display show information still as well? Or just simply the different channels?

    It does display show information as well, you can see the programme names that are currently on, and coming up, and I believe you can view the specific show information (the blurb for that episode/movie/what ever) as well I believe, it's been a while since
    I looked at it properly though.

    I'm not sure how you will go finding a tv tuner at a reasonable price.
