    Unfortunately, i have problems and problems with my series s.

    Now when i start console and try to start a game, every game , xbox says that i’m not connected to the network.... so i test internet connection and i have first dhcp error, second dns error and last xbox says that it is all ok.

    so i try again to start game and game asks me to log in account, i try log in but xbox says that there is an error....

    this situation everty time i start console, with every game and sometimes i can’t play for hours

    i will ask replacement

    Hi,

    I tried my xbox one x on different TV ( without 4K) and it have not problem.

    I think that the iussue is the 4K resolution; it isn’t a TV problem; but a problem of video card of xbox. Do you agree whit me?

    due to the unique connection type, a static ip address causes other issues. so thats not a possiblility.

    I have done all the steps on the xbox website to solve this same issue about my Xbox not finding my modems Teredo IP address. I have set up a static IP for my Xbox, opened up port 3544 UDP, and all of the other ports in the Xbox website recommends, but
    this only grants me an "open" NAT for the same time that I reset my Xbox. The moment I turn it off and back on, my NAT is unavailable and my Xbox cannot find my Teredo IP address again. What do I do to get a consistent "open" NAT type so I can play multiple
    games with my friends again?

    Hey Ma

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with connecting to multiplayer games on your Xbox One console.

    If you have already opened up the ports used by Xbox Live, then the next thing you have to confirm is that you have established a static IP address on both your console and your PC.

    In order to set-up a static IP address on your console you need to follow these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller.
    2. Scroll to the right under System, and select Settings.
    3. Scroll down to Network, and select Network settings.
    4. On the right-hand side select Advance settings.
    5. Select IP settings and select Manual.

    You will then be able to configure an IP address on your console, however, I recommend that you take a look at

    how to set-up a static IP address in Windows 7     as you will need the info here first in order to configure the Static IP address on your console.

    Hello,

    i'm having the same iussue (can' check NAT type Xbox), and after recent windows update (Nov-Dec 2023) Xbox Party Chat not work anymore and in Xbox games not work the Multiplayer feature !

    What is going on ? My NAT is open for every other single game but for Microsoft-Xbox Live NO ?

    Please let me know if there is something to configure, because also with Teredo set right, anything work !!!
