network issuse since last update

ever since last update every time I try to get online I have to unplug my router to get connected. the sub net mask numbers are not correct when this happens also gateway shows all zeros. at the bottom it shows connected using ipv4. the I go unplug the router
and then it connects. when this happens I can go to wireless and put in password it connects . plug wired back in and it says the same as the beginning. the last support person hung up because I don't feel I should have to unplug my router everytime I want
to play. would someone like to buy all my xbox stuff for what I paid for it and I will switch to ps4.

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a minute then plug back in and power back on to see if it resolves the issue

I bought an Xbox One without a Kinect in mid July 2016. Since the last software update I've been having trouble with several features on the console. For example, the keyboard function won't open for any reason. I've tried with searching for things in the
store and finding someone. Both times, it would not open. I also can no longer open the settings menu. Every time I, the system freezes entirely. Lastly, the "hold down xbox button on the controller" no longer works either. It just won't open. I was wondering
if there have been reports of similar errors recently. If anyone knows how to fix them, I would love to hear.
