accounts keep getting stolen and now someone is commiting fraud in my name.been having this problem for 5 years. but the fraud just started recently its been reported to the police a while back. i would really like tgo get back to kicking people when there
down. ive already had to get a new x box one 2 times now but same problem.how can i find out who else is connected to my internet or my x box...so everytime i create a new account as soon as im done creating it it already says i have kinect data to log me
in by stepping in front of the camera. i dont even have a kinect connected to my x box one its in the closet. also theres weird stuff going on in game thats not normal.i have been recording all my game plays and have some really good footage you will laugh
your butt off.someone get back and maybe we can chat in private.also i had an account that had thousands of followers and when i took a break they pretended to be me and invited all my followers to a community they created on my account and till this day they
pretend to be me just changed the name and e mail on my account. this weirdo wanted to feel important and like she was actually good at this game but was jjust garbage. i need to talk to someone in the community that actually wants to help me take down this
petty wannabe cyber criminal i have 2 names they have already been given to police one is family member and the other is just a nobody.

To prevent people from (ab-)using your account, please follow the following instructions to lock everyone out of your account, and prevent others from getting into it without your consent.

First of all, go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and change your password.

Choose a password that is not easily guessable. Ideally you think of a sentence that you can remember well. For example: "To prevent wannabe hackers, I choose a complex password! Like this!"

Now take the first letter of each word and take note of punctuation and capitalisation.

Your password is then "Tpwh,Icacp!Lt!"

Then check your security information on that page. If you see emails or phone numbers that are associated with your account that are not yours, remove these. Then these hackers have added their own email and phone numbers to be able to recover your account
in case you change your password. While there, make sure your own phone number and secondary email addresses are up to date and vaild.

After that, scroll down and enable Two Step Verification in combination with a free Authenticator App.

With that, hackers that try to break into your account will be asked for a verification code. Only your phone can provide that verification code, and unless a hacker also physically steals your phone, they can't get into your account.

Now since you mention that someone from your family was abusing your account:

Make sure to NOT store your password on the console, or
set up a passkey for your account.

Also, if you engage in "Game Sharing" by setting a friend's console as your Home Console, so they can play your games, do NOT store your account on their console! Your account MUST NOT remain on other people's consoles!!

With that, your account will be secure and unable for others to abuse.

I would suggest logging in at https://account.microsoft.com and checking all your details are correct, then change your password. I would also suggest adding two step verification https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12408/microsoft-account-how-to-use-two-step-verification
