    Network is good but there are some Xbox service issues


    I’ve been trying to play Xbox live and lately hasn’t worked. It says I’m connected to internet but whenever I open up a game it says I’m not connected. I’ve tried all I know and can’t figure it out. Anyone got any ideas?

    To clarify, are you experiencing this connection issue on
    Xbox 360     or Xbox One?

    So we don't have you repeating any steps, what have you tried already for this issue?

    Also, are you noticing this connection issue with any game in particular?

    Hey pven,

    If you do the following, is there any change in your situation?



    - Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off completely,

    - Unplug the power chord from the Console and Power brick for around 2 minutes

    - Replug

    - Unplug your Router for around 30 Seconds from Power, replug

    - Restart your Xbox and try again if your able to connect and access the online Multiplayer.
